services to ensure a positive and successful learning experience. Our dedicated Student Support Officer is
available to offer personalised assistance and guidance throughout your educational journey.

We provide a comprehensive orientation program to help you get started with your studies, familiarise yourself with our campus, and connect with fellow students and staff.

We understand that many of our students have other commitments,such as work or family responsibilities. Our courses are designed to offer flexibility, allowing you to balance your studies with your other obligations.

Our experienced trainers and tutors are available to provide academic support, offering tips and strategies to help you stayon track and achieve your study goals. We also offer
workshops and study groups to enhance your learning experience.

If you have a disability or learning difficulty, our accessibility services team is here to help. We can provide accommodations, assistive technology, and other resources to ensure that you have equal access to education and can participate fully in your studies.

We offer LLN support to help you develop and enhance your language, literacy, and numeracy skills. The level of support provided will depend on the outcome of your Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) assessment. Our qualified LLN specialists can provide individual support and resources to help you succeed in your studies and future career,subject to the assessment results.

We understand that students may require support beyond academic matters. Our Student Support Officer can provide referrals to external providers for legal and health services, ensuring that you have access to the assistance you need.

Check entry requirements

Ensure that you meet the entry requirements for your chosen course, including English language proficiency,academic qualifications, and any otherspecific criteria. If you are unsure about your eligibility, contact our Admissionsteam for guidance

Submit an application

Download and complete the correct Enrolment Form from our website.Gather all required supporting documents, such as academic transcripts, English language test results, passport copy, and any other relevant certificates or work experience documents. Submit your completed enrolment form and supporting documents via email to our Student Admissions team.

Application assessment

Our Student Admissions team will assess your application and supporting documents. If any additional informationor documentation is required, we will
contact you via email.

Offer letter and acceptance

If your application is successful, we will send you an Offer Letter and Student Agreement outlining the course details,
fees, and any conditions of enrolment.Review the Student Agreement carefully and sign the Acceptance of Offer to confirm your acceptance.Return the signed Acceptance of Offer form to our Student Admissions team via email

Payment of fees

After receiving your Acceptance of Offer, we will issue an invoice for the first instalment of your course fees. Make the
payment as per the instructions provided in the invoice. Once the payment is received, we will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) (for Overseas Students)
.

Orientation

Attend the mandatory orientation session to familiarise yourself with the college, meet your classmates and trainers, and learn about the support services available to you.
